BlackHawk Garage Door

Black Hawk replaced two 20 year old garage door openers today. The installer arrived on time and completed the install in less than 3 hours and hauled the old openers and rails away. I thought their pricing was great and Bob the manager was very helpful picking the right model.

The spring broke on my double garage door. I was able to get an appointment for the repair within a couple of days. John had all the supplies he needed to complete the project. He was very personable and was very kind to my fearful dog. He took extra few minutes to make him feel more comfortable. I’ve used BlackHawk before this and I will use them again.

We had a few estimates done. The places that had coupons charged a little more but once the coupon or discount was deducted the prices were all pretty comparable. The Blackhawk rep was very knowledgeable he let us know all the options we had with out pushing us into buying something we didn't want. We did have a little bit of a communication issue. Played a few rounds of telephone tag. But end result ☆☆☆☆ Very Satisfied. The guys who did the install were very courteous & efficient. These guys did a great job. They answered my questions over the phone, directed me to the best garage door opener for my situation. Were prompt, took care of the job professionally and at a price I felt was reasonable. I'd recommend them and would use them again.

We had two doors installed and they are very good quality- better R value, quiet going up/down, look very nice. We had bought garage doors through menards, and they were less than 'ideal'- paint flaws, dents- ordered replacements and they were just as bad! Price was slightly higher than what we had through menards but this included installation and the doors are much better quality so it was a great deal! I would highly recommend Blackhawk!
